What We Do
The Communications Committee supports the activities of the USLA by providing several methods of sharing information with the members. We work with the Board and committees to provide education about the USLA community, make committee reports available and encourage members to be involved in USLA activities.
Our Work
The Mailboat is a newsletter issued to all USLA members 3 times a year. It is available on the website and is printed and mailed to those members who wish to receive a printed copy.
The USLA website is our main communication tool for providing timely news, education about and history of the USLA community, committee updates, membership information and an opportunity to communicate with the Board.
Other communication tools include the eMailboat, issued in the summer by email; bulletin boards located at strategic sites around the lake, and the USLA Facebook page.
